As well as on-site support, Kinesis also offers a 'Return to Base' programme. Simply return product to Kinesis at the address below, including:
- Your full contact and delivery information
- Your order number
- Full details of the service required
- A completed and signed decontamination certificate

Please ensure each pipette is safely and securely packaged, you can request a postage paid returns box at the bottom of this page. Kinesis cannot accept any responsibility for pipettes which are damaged in transit / prior to arrival at Kinesis.
All repaired and calibrated pipettes will be returned in a re-usable box specifically designed for the shipment of pipettes time after time. Kinesis will automatically repair any pipette up to a total value of £30. If the repair is greater than £30, the customer will be contacted before the work is started.
